Scope and activation
This policy covers consent collection and, when activated, iTsGenius SMS schedule notifications. Publishing this policy does not activate messaging or enroll a participant. The general iTsGenius Privacy Policy continues to cover the scheduling website and other features.
Information used
The program uses the participant's name and mobile number, selected calendar, permission and withdrawal records, and the schedule changes included in notifications. Messaging records may include message content, send attempts, provider identifiers, delivery events, inbound STOP/HELP messages, and security information necessary to operate the service.
Organizers retain private consent evidence, such as an affirmative email reply or a record of a phone or in-person exchange. Do not include unrelated sensitive information in a calendar notification or consent record.
Use and sharing
We use this information to honor the participant's selected notifications, record and respect consent, deliver and reconcile messages, respond to support requests, and prevent misuse.
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data or consent records for other parties' marketing or independent use.
Organizers and service providers receive only the information needed for their role in this program. Hosting, storage, messaging providers such as Telnyx, and carriers may process information necessary to operate and deliver messages. Necessary service-provider processing is not permission to market to participants. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to address security or abuse.
Retention and choices
Consent, withdrawal, messaging, and support records are retained as needed to operate the program, resolve uncertain delivery, honor opt-outs, and meet applicable security or legal obligations. Withdrawing consent stops further eligible notifications; it does not automatically erase records needed to remember that withdrawal or settle prior messages.
Request access, correction, or deletion by contacting hello@itsmedia.net. We may need to verify the request and explain any retention limits or records controlled by an organizer or independent provider.
You can decline texts without losing the ability to participate in an activity. Reply STOP, contact your organizer, or email us to withdraw SMS permission. See the consent process and SMS terms.
