Program and availability
When activated, iTsGenius sends transactional texts about changes to calendars a participant has selected, including event time or location changes and cancellations. The program does not send marketing or messages on behalf of unrelated brands. Publishing these terms does not indicate provider approval or activate messaging.
The general iTsGenius Terms of Service still govern the scheduling product. These SMS-specific terms apply to this notification program when enabled; descriptions of the currently disabled pilot are not claims that messages have already been sent.
Optional permission
SMS permission is separate from agreeing to terms, reserving a place, or supplying contact information. Consent is not a condition of purchase or participation. No participant account or extra website signup form is required for organizer-assisted permission.
Organizers must follow the documented consent process, obtain affirmative agreement before messages begin, confirm the intended number, and respect the selected calendar and program. A roster entry or an organizer's access to a number is not SMS consent.
Frequency, charges, and delivery
Message frequency varies with calendar activity. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Ask your mobile provider about your charges. Messages may be delayed or unavailable; neither iTsGenius nor carriers guarantee delivery, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS is not an emergency service. Contact your organizer for an urgent or uncertain schedule change rather than relying solely on a text notification.
STOP, HELP, and withdrawal
Reply STOP to stop further texts from this iTsGenius messaging program. You may also notify your organizer or hello@itsmedia.net. After activation, reply HELP for help, or use that email address. A provider may send a final opt-out confirmation, and a message already in transit may still arrive.
Organizers must promptly honor withdrawals received outside SMS. A provider STOP block cannot be overridden by an organizer. Any resumption requires renewed permission, resolution of applicable provider blocks, and valid calendar preferences; an unblock keyword alone does not enroll someone in a calendar.
